Quickest Way to Build Stock Market Model Books

There are two methods: a long one and a short one. The short method uses Twitter—you’ll need to follow traders who post charts from their watchlists. While finding the right people to follow takes time, it’s completely worth the effort.

Search for the specific setup that interests you, such as flat bases or cup and handles. In the right-hand options panel, make sure to select “from people you know.”

This will target posts from the quality traders you follow, allowing you to browse their content and build your own model book of their best and most recent charts. Their historical posts provide a great selection of carefully curated examples they’ve shared with their followers.

(The best part is, not all of these patterns break out, you get to see how some of them fail and it’s great to evaluate why that happened)

I have used Canva to annotate my charts, I’m not that deep in my analysis, I point out the simple things so Canva is suitable for me. If you’re adding tons of analysis to each chart, perhaps Photoshop is better suited to you.

Here’s an example below of a Canva annotated chart.
